Buying a production revision

A $9 one-time purchase unlocks STL, OBJ, 3MF and Technical PDF exports for the exact saved revision shown at checkout. Other revisions are not included. You can generate and download these files again while your account has access.

Delivery and downloads

Production files become available after payment is confirmed. SurfCAD records file requests and download starts, including the revision, format, time and IP address, to help resolve delivery problems and payment disputes. A download start does not prove that a transfer completed. You can review your file activity in Payment history.

Refund requests

If a file is missing, damaged or does not match the described revision, contact support through your order receipt. We will investigate and, where possible, correct the problem or provide the file again. Refund requests are reviewed individually under applicable law and Lemon Squeezy's terms. A full refund ends permanent access to that revision; a file already downloaded cannot be removed from your device.

Shaper Pro is a separate subscription. If it remains active, it may continue to allow exports of the same revision after a one-time purchase is refunded.
