Conditions for using the SurfCAD editor and cloud workspace. Updated 27 September 2026.

Your account

Provide an email you can access and protect your password. Use only accounts, projects and payment methods you are authorized to use. Do not bypass access controls, disrupt the service or upload unlawful material.

Your designs

You retain rights you hold in your own designs. Saving or processing a design allows SurfCAD to store and process it to provide the editor, previews, backups and exports. You are responsible for having permission to use imported material. Use of a template does not establish rights to third-party trademarks or designs.

Exports and manufacturing

SurfCAD provides design and export tools. Review geometry, dimensions, units and file compatibility before manufacturing. A generated file or mesh-validity indicator is not a certification of structural safety or suitability for a particular manufacturing process.

Storage and availability

Saved revisions and generated exports follow the archive and cache rules described in the editor guide. Keep independent copies of important designs. Maintenance and technical faults may temporarily interrupt access; contact support if a purchased file is unavailable.

Payments

Paid access follows the purchase and refund terms and the final checkout. A revision purchase applies only to the selected snapshot; subscription access lasts through the valid paid period.
