• The project name and revision number.
• For billing: your Lemon Squeezy order number.
• The file format, quality and units, plus a screenshot or error message.

Do not send passwords, full card details or API keys. A payment receipt is enough to identify an order.

Payment and delivery questions

Check Payment history in Account settings for charges and file activity. If payment succeeded but access is missing, contact us before purchasing again.

Refund requests are reviewed individually. Read our purchase and refund terms.
